Another nondescript post apocalyptic "Road Warrior" (1981) rip-off, featuring a sadistic villain and his nomadic band of thugs that terrorize peaceful villages. They drive from town to town in an armed and armor-plated semi-truck, and are finally taken down by a lone warrior on a motorcycle. Pretty lame stuff, but I do remember it being rather violent.
