Absolutely wretched. The second worst Yukari Oshima film I've seen to date, next to "Ultracop 2000" (1992). She and Sharon Kwok have little more than extended cameos in this boring girls-with-guns Interpol vs. Mafia flick which has nothing at all to do with the original "Lethal Panther" (1990). This film nails it - I will never watch another Filipino film directed by Philip Ko. The action scenes, stunts, and fighting are laughable and uninteresting, and the one or two reasonable fights that Ms. Oshima has are crippled by ludicrous wire work. And if things weren't bad enough, the film also shamelessly uses music from "The Terminator" (1984).
