Divided into three installments.
It's Mega Tokyo 2017, five years before the Knight Sabers from "Bubblegum Crisis" showed up to clean up the city. This series shows us a young Leon MacNichol (the AD Police officer from "Bubblegum Crisis") and his adventures as a Normal Police rookie. Well animated, but rather incoherent and disconnected - more attention was given to scenes of graphic violence and sexual imagery than to storytelling. Definitely not for the timid.
