Now here's an odd little film full of heart and angst. It's about a special effects guy and his difficulties with "The Man" while trying to get into the business. So he decides to make his own ultimate low budget effects movie using some truly amazing stop-motion photography. Unfortunately, the rest of the film is so dry, low budget, and uninspiring that you think you're watching "Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes" (1980) instead.
