A big budget Carolco action adventure about a group of ultimate soldiers who were killed in action and revived as thoughtless zombies by science and medicine. When two of the soldiers (Lundgren and Van Damme) start having flashbacks of their previous lives, the villainous Lundgren kills his superiors, takes over the team, and begins an obsessive manhunt to find and kill Van Damme who managed to escape with a cute TV reporter (Ally Walker). This is typical action fare that's instantly forgettable with the exception of an extremely gratuitous killer ass shot of Van Damme.
