A Troma Team classic, this is your classic low budget campy teen horror film about a bunch of guys who throw the school nerd into some radioactive slop, and he becomes the incredibly strong tutu wearing atomic mutant known as "The Toxic Avenger." Of course, revenge is on his mind and he kills all of the people in school that caused his predicament. He even finds love with an attractive young blind girl. Ah, isn't that sweet?
