Pretty awful stuff from Troma Team as a gang war erupts between several factions on a California beach. The Surf Nazis, naturally led by some bozo named Adolf, are the agressors and they start taking out the other beach gangs one by one. Then a lone black woman with with a score to settle shows up and "takes out the trash." Bad stuff all the way around, but the funniest aspect is that all of the "gangs" only consist of three or four members, which doesn't seem to make any of them that much of a threat.
