Awful! A young boy is kidnapped by space pirates and he takes them as his mentors. From the first ten seconds of the film I thought "hey, I've seen this before." That's because Roger Corman has shamelessly lifted the entire soundtrack and all of the special effects from his equally awful "Battle Beyond The Stars" (1980) and re-used them in this film.
