"The guilty must be punished" drones The Punisher (Dolph Lundgren), but does the audience have to suffer as well? Another horrible comic book adaptation from Marvel Entertainment that clearly shows the incompetence of everyone involved. They didn't even get the costume right. Pointless and silly with nothing to redeem it. But the best part is seeing Dolph Lundgren's painted on five o'clock shadow.
