Whoa. This movie is a depressing psychedelic trip into the psyche of a rock star named Pink (Bob Geldof), who is slowly going insane. He disconnects himself from reality, building a wall around himself out of the bricks of his past and the bricks that society has given him. A troubling journey of love, loss, pain, and anguish told with brilliant and bizarre imagery, and powerfully symbolic animation. Not a good movie to watch for those with suicidal tendencies or while under the influence of pharmaceuticals.
