Where does John DeBello get the money to keep making these movies? This is the fourth, and hopefully final, installment of the "Killer Tomatoes" (1980) franchise featuring the crazed Dr. Gangreen (John Astin) and his plot to turn his sidekick Igor (Steve Lundquist) into the new king of France. The climax was filmed in San Diego's Horton Plaza, which they filled with French people. Okay, they weren't really French people, but they are wore berets and waved baguettes around in the air. Pretty bad stuff, but at least former Miss Universe Angela Visser is pretty to watch.
