This low budget atrocity is enjoyable for its ludicrous plot and camp cheeziness. In a post apocalyptic future, fertile humans (particularly males) are a rare and desired commodity. Loud mouthed stud Sam Hell (WWF's Roddy Piper) is one of these fertile men and he's "appropriated" by the government to serve as stock for their collection of fertile females. Except that all of their females have been kidnapped by a group of giant mutant humanoid frogs and taken to Frogtown. So it's up to government agent Sandahl Bergman to guide Hell into Frogtown in order to rescue and impregnate the women. It obviously contains some humorous moments, whether intentional or not.
