A fascinating tribute to the indomitable human spirit, showcasing amazing feats of bravery and skill, and some truly astonishing inventions. While mankind's attempts to fly seem humorously outlandish now, this was truly groundbreaking and pioneering work, fuelled by passion, imagination, and scientific curiosity. And the dangers were very real. While the film doesn't show any deaths or horrible disasters, it definitely shows people getting banged up and the humiliating price of failure. The music is a bit corny and the narration can be difficult to follow at times, but overall it's incredibly fun and enlightening to watch.
