Robert Rodriguez's legendary $7000 film, this is a brilliant piece of low budget action cinema. The characters and performances are wonderful, and Rodriguez's cinematic eye and artful direction makes the film seem much more than it is. Great stuff that suffers only slightly from slow pacing.
