Dr. Phibes (Vincent Price) is revived and has found the elixir of life somewhere in Egypt. He can finally bring his beloved wife back to life, but too many people are interfering, so he starts killing them off in his unique twisted fashion. Things don't turn out well for the nasty doctor, but he and his wife manage to escape into darkness once again. A contrived sequel that suffers from a weak story, goofy humor, and too much exposition, but it's still fun and creepy.
