A plane crashes off the coast of Istanbul, with a case of diamonds onboard. The only survivor of the crash is found on the beach, burned beyond recognition and with no memory of his former life. The hospital staff thinks he's the owner of the diamonds, but he can't remember anything and doesn't even recognize his own daughter. Multiple parties want to find the diamonds, which becomes increasingly dangerous for everyone involved. Fortunately, none of them are particularly likable, so you don't care what happens to any of them.
It's a laughably inept piece of low budget filmmaking, and Barbara Bouchet was the only reason I bothered with it. Unfortunately, she's hardly recognizable, and it took me until the end of the movie to realize that the doctor and the nurse were the same character. She also wears an unflattering amount of thick black eyeliner, which was a popular look in the 80's. Also indicative of the time period is a hilariously inappropriate hard rock soundtrack. The plot makes very little sense and I was constantly confused by who was who and what was going on, especially since the characters' outfits aren't consistent between shots. There are definitely better ways to spend an evening.
