This film goes down in history as the worst film I've paid money to see in a theater. A scientist is severely burned in his lab by a bunch of crooks and assumed dead. He comes back as a cloaked avenger who has developed some sort of temporary flesh that he can wear on his face for a limited amount of time. The whole thing is lame and very poorly realized, with cheezy performances and even cheezier effects.
