Alien spaceships are visiting Earth, and even though the government is covering it up, a few special people are somehow tuned to the aliens' presence and drawn towards them. Richard Dreyfuss is one of these people, and everyone thinks he's mad. That is, until he reaches the government facility at Devil's Tower where the government is preparing to make contact with the great alien mother ship. A good film, but not all that exciting.
