Unimaginably awful. I mistakenly picked up the Chinese version of this video thinking it was the pilot episode for the TV series, but instead it appears to be two completely unrelated episodes stuck together. If it actually is the pilot, then the show is even worse than I can conceive. The synopsis claims that Cleopatra (bubbly airhead Jennifer Sky) is a stripper who was cryogenically frozen in the year 2001 and accidentally thawed by two female warriors (Gina Torres and Victoria Pratt) in 2525. As absurd as this sounds, none of it is addressed in the show at all, and we're just thrown into a situation where the three of them are killing robots and running away from danger. After rescuing Cleopatra and Sarge's sister from a robotic cloning factory, the show switches gears to an investigation underground where Sarge (brooding Victoria Pratt) is framed for murder. The robot menace is completely gone and the characters look considerably different. Hmmm... I think I was gypped.

Amazingly, the show does everything wrong. The writing is embarrassingly juvenile and incoherent, the production values are ultra-cheap, the make-up is hideous, the action scenes are pathetic, and the special effects are appalling. High school level home video quality at best. The girls are marginally entertaining to watch with their skimpy outfits and rock hard abs, but the real star of the show is Victoria Pratt's amazing hair. It's fascinating to watch. Unfortunately, it takes a lot more than a single hairdo to keep me engaged - especially when Jennifer Sky's hair is so awful. Just another two hours of my life that I'll never get back.
