I need to see this one again. All I remember is that Dick Van Dyke owns a bizarre old jalopy that can fly. Apart from that, the only scene that's seared into my memory is a bunch of kids locked up in cages. That always gave me the willies. But I can't remember anything else. Pity (or is it?).
