This time around, Jackie Chan is an ex-auto racer who must race again to save his kidnapped sisters from the nasty bad guy. More of a racing film than anything else, it tends to get tiresome, and although the fight choreography appears to be very good, the camera work is so sloppy that you can't appreciate it. Jackie deserves better - a person of his abilities deserves superior coverage. So-so action, so-so drama, and so-so characters make this a so-so film.
