Good for kung fu enthusiasts, but anyone looking for a plot or character development should look elsewhere. There is literally less than five minutes in the film that isn't devoted to kung fu brawling, making the film an exhausting showcase of physical prowess and endurance. Taking place immediately after the original "Silver Fox Rivals," perennial villain Hwang Jang Lee swears to avenge his brother's death by killing Wong Tao and John Liu. There's also some buried treasure thrown in for good measure. The fighting is exhausting and intricately choreographed, but often feels restrained. That is, up until the final showdown with Lee, who has a reputation for not pulling his punches. Lee's form and execution are incredible and never cease to amaze. While John Liu is a really good leg fighter, Lee is far more graceful and precise. It's also fun to see a young Corey Yuen dishing out some punishment, and he shows up as no fewer than three bad guys in the film.
