Unwatchable misogynistic propaganda that validates the incel manifesto. A young man who is constantly humiliated, abused, and emasculated by women comes to the conclusion that the only way he'll be able to have sex is if he gets married. Unfortunately, his wife is only interested in having sex with other men, and in a fit of jealousy and sexual rage, he murders and dismembers her. From that moment, he is cursed to become the creature known as Scissor Penis, and his male member is replaced by three katanas. Or does he? Is it all a dream or some kind of mental illness? The film is very vague on that point and multiple timelines and alternate realities are played out interchangeably.

It's hard to tell if the film is making fun of gender politics or embracing the incel perspective, but either way, it's a very angry film that's flipping off society's double standards, and those who exploit the system. It's a super low budget production that stitches together several sex scenes and bloody mutilation scenes with a tireless narration that goes on and on about all of the injustices that men suffer at the hands of women. And while all of it is relatable, that doesn't mean it's acceptable or even remotely enjoyable. It's hard to believe that this film even exists, and it makes me wonder how it was ever funded. Some of the girls are cute and Sasa Honda once again doffs her clothes, which for some might justify sitting through this bizarre and bloody social commentary.
