Outrageous. Here is a prime example of the Japanese taking a ludicrous idea and giving it such a serious treatment that it comes off without a hitch. Itami Hanzo is a brash investigator in Edo with an amazing penis. He uses it to "interrogate" female suspects who have no choice but to give in to his demands. He exercises and keeps it in shape by pounding on it with a hammer and thrusting into bags of rice! Very odd. This time Hanzo is investigating some corrupt officials and after "questioning" several women, gets to the bottom of the trouble. The blood-letting is on par with the "Lone Wolf And Cub" series (1972), but with less frequency.
