A fun and goofy sci-fi action film sprinkled with nudity and softcore sex. A mad scientist kills himself and transfers his brain into the robot body of Billy Chow. He then spends his new life raping and murdering prostitutes. Hmmm... Amy Yip and a totally hot Chikako Aoyama are two androids on the Hong Kong police force, and with the help of officer David Wu finally destroy the evil Billy Chow. Both of the female leads give spirited fighting performances against kung fu master Billy Chow and wear a number of intriguing outfits.
