Yuen Biao gives an excellent performance as a lawyer who starts punishing criminals who slip through the cracks in the justice system. Police Inspector Cynthia Rothrock is busy chasing him down, but they eventually start working together when they find out that the Police Chief is the real bad guy. Excellent stunts and fighting, including a pretty decent weapons battle between Ms. Rothrock and Karen Shepherd. The film is nasty and vicious in intent, and in a rather downbeat ending we see Cynthia Rothrock with a drill bit jammed through her throat and Yuen Biao floating in a pool of blood after jumping out of a plane. But at least the bad guys died too.
