Two brothers from mainland China visit their uncle in Hong Kong and cause problems with the local gangsters. This results in an endless barrage of brawls and gun fights until all the bad guys are finally put away. Like many of Leung's lesser films, the humor is awkward and unfunny, and the story is downbeat and mean spirited. It features a good amount of action, but most of it is instantly forgettable. Moon Lee does have a couple of entertaining skirmishes (and one on roller skates) and shows off some nice tae kwon do moves, but otherwise has little to do. The real star is Lau Kar Leung, who proves again that he's as good as ever, but he doesn't show up until the final showdown. A quiet and serious Chin Siu Ho gets some good moves in, a weathered Sophia Crawford plays a pointless villainess, and Eddie Mahler gets more than just a bit part as the main bad guy (only to get his ass royally kicked by Lau Kar Leung).
