Average action fare with Moon Lee as a kickboxer seeking revenge for the death of her kickboxing brother (Ken Lo). All of the fighting is fierce and top notch, but the film just never comes together and is rather boring. Moon Lee is fiercely cute and intense, Billy Chow is in great form as a "bad" kickboxer, and Yukari Oshima is great for the very few minutes that she has on screen.
