From the same team that brought us "Fatal Chase" (1992). What could have been an okay action film is ruined by a goofy cop who's a complete dork (actor King Kong (???)). A totally slick and cool Robin Shou is chasing his best friend's murderer, played by Philip Ko. Simon Yam shows up for a microscopic cameo as Robin Shou's best friend, and Interpol agent Yukari Oshima finally shows up in the last quarter to kick some butt. Her fight scenes are quite good, maybe even better than Robin's and Philip's. Too bad the rest of the film reeks.
