Cynthia Khan and Donnie Yen team up to investigate the murder of a CIA agent. An innocent dock worker (Yuen Yat Chor) is framed for the incident, and he spends the entire film trying to get away from both the cops and the villains. Offers excellent and exhausting fighting sequences (choreographed by Yuen Woo Ping) and Cynthia Khan looks really great. This film features some of her best action work, although increasingly noticeable stunt doubling sadly cheapens the impact. Donnie Yen and Yuen Yat Chor are excellent, and even Michael Wong pulls off some impressive moves. American portions of the film were shot in Seattle and Vancouver.
