Slow at times, but contains a healthy portion of vicious and brutal violence. Great cinematography and fine performances by all of the crazed actors - Chow Yun Fat actually fights (and pretty well!) and Simon Yam plays the homosexual mob boss with flair and grim intensity. And, Chow Yun Fat's girlfriend (Anne Bridgewater) is a knockout, too.
