Standard action fare about an escalating feud between a group of cops and a gang of bad guys. Hot tempered Conan Lee is an American cop (!!!) who follows his friend's killer (Robin Shou) to Hong Kong. I was looking forward to seeing him fight, but he gets blown up towards the end of the film! Robin Shou does a fine job as the crazed villain and gets a couple of good fights in, but overall it's an awful film with the standard horrendous dubbing.
