An extremely silly caper film about the mercenary Black Cougar (Alan Tang) and his band of eccentric hitmen. But fortunately it's not a Wong Jing film. Lots of over-the-top action and wonderfully frantic and stylish fighting scenes. Nice sets and costumes, and the girls look great and fight well (and that see-through lace body suit that Ms. Ng wears - whew!).
