A dreadfully long and tiresome political drama about a country's ridiculed space program and the man who is determined to travel into space. Amidst all of the beaurocracy and red tape is an escalating military conflict with bordering nations. Exquisitely animated, but it's overly talky and suffers from painfully slow pacing.
