A beautifully crafted animated tale of good vs. evil and the beautiful princess who's stuck in the middle as the victim of a dreadful curse. The backgrounds are a bit bizarre and highly stylized, but the entire film is gorgeous to watch. The villainess is my favorite Disney villain of all time, the creepy green-faced Maleficent. She's wickedly seductive and really nasty. One of Disney's greatest.
