A nasty witch is kidnapping children from all over the world to feed her deadly Black Dream Hole which will devour the Earth and put its inhabitants in an eternal dream world. Chibi Usa befriends one of the reluctant villains only to be be abducted by his brother. The Sailor Scouts pursue and are joined by Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Pluto, but Sailor Moon carries nearly all of the action as she fights for Chibi Moon's life. More good stuff, but I would have liked seeing the other characters get in on the action a bit more (much like the first two "Star Trek: The Next Generation" movies).
