Political and technological terror abound in this police drama. Excellent animation and mecha, but rather androgenous female character designs (like much of Mamoru Oshii's other work). Extremely dialog heavy and the slow plodding pace enforces the intricate plot and the weight of the crisis. Overall, thought provoking and unsettling. Awesome end theme music.
