Divided into four installments.
Kyosuke is a young boy with psychic powers who can't decide between the affections of two girls: the obnoxious and juvenile Hikaru, and the beautiful and refined Madoka (although why there is even any question makes Kyosuke lose all credibility). Needless to say, the whole series is about all the trouble Kyosuke gets into with the girls and his inability to set everything straight by being true to his feelings. The series bounces around from slapstick, to drama, to action, to suspense, and often times ignores the psychic power angle altogether! Average animation and character design, but Madoka is quite charming throughout.
