Sex and violence, old school style! Golgo 13 is a top assassin whose latest job has gotten him into a lot of trouble. Oil baron Leonard Dawson wants revenge against Golgo for the death of his son, and he's hired the CIA, the FBI, and the US Army to take him out. Miraculously, Golgo survives, while everyone else dies. The movie is full of hard boiled action, gratuitous sex, and over-the-top violence. The only place it falls short is in the low frame rate, overused still frames, the sometimes bizarre art direction, and the completely out of place computer animated helicopter assault sequence. Other than that it's fair, but long-winded, entertainment.
