Very much in the "Nuku Nuku" (1992) and "Hyper-Doll" vein, but almost too cute and mindlessly ridiculous to enjoy. The endless barrage of slapstick humor reminded me of watching a Wong Jing film! Childishly cute character designs, and more than one tip o' the hat to "Sailor Moon."
