Divided into two installments.
This series is totally ludicrous and full of laughs. Our heroine, Mink, is a half-human, half-dragon girl who is all starry-eyed for pop idol Dick Saucer, who just happens to be the best dragon slayer in the land! All of the characters are crazy, and the series is a bizarre mix of regular, deformed, and super-deformed animation styles. The character design isn't all that great, but the characters themselves are so wonderful that it doesn't matter. Quite possibly the funniest anime title ever.
