The final installment of the "Crying Freeman" series is a bit of a letdown, and the lovely Fu only shows up after the closing credits. A young and power-mad Yakuza leader destroys the trade lines between Russia and the 108 Dragons, and starts a turf war between the Dragons and the Yakuza. His goal is to rise to the top in the aftermath of the struggle. Unfortunately for him, the Freeman is on his case and they finally face each other in a sword vs. knife fight. Overall, not very memorable except for the Russian hitwoman who sets up Freeman. She's pretty darn hot.
